The AntiGravity® Approach

I offer both Suspension Fitness and Aerial Yoga that will turn you upside down, make you sweat, and make you think.
Through this we expand both the body and the mind, gaining height and rewiring those neural pathways for more fun while lengthening and strengthening.
You defy gravity by rolling out of bed onto your feet and standing up in the morning. Here we use and enhance the decompressed space in your spine then strengthen and protect it, maintaining great posture and stability for the rest of your day, the rest of your life!
All I ask is that you show up, find your own intention to meld with your movement or stillness, and trust me to cue you into trying something new. If that is an extra millimeter into a stretch or a completely new series, allow yourself to be surprised by your own abilities!
I enjoy bringing a realistic approach to your workout. We wake with a different body daily. Everyone has a different proportions, which the Harrison Hammock can easily form to. I'll bring the movement, you decide how much hot sauce to add. Remember, you do this for yourself, no one else.
Oh... and laughing inverted always gives you the extra core workout!

Great deal. I thought it would be simple. Lol! What was I thinking? What a workout. It was an amazing and exhilarating experience. One never knows what they are truly capable of until they try it. Kate, the instructor, was awesome. I recommend trying this. Step outside of your comfort zone and let go. Have fun. Yoga with a twist.

I tried this for the first time yesterday... Being in the taller and heavier side of things I was a little skeptical.. But Kate was a super awesome instructor... She reassured me my body would surprise me and it did just that and some! I suffer from many many chronic body ailments and when I say I felt 1000% better after attending a class with Kate it was amazing. I recommend this class to any and everyone. And it's reasonably priced! Even better!
