AntiGravity®  Aerial Yoga

 

Explore the evolution of yoga into 3-dimensional space. Every asana and vinyasa sequence on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock is taught with clear progressions. We will challenge the balance, length and 

strength throughout the body while connecting to the breath. Here we spend more time stretching and lengthening both standing and through inversions. Still toning and strengthening through long lean muscles, we will find poised extension at a moderate pace throughout this class.

AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness

 

These strength building exercises enhancing the core and working the full body will lengthen while strengthening. Some of the interwoven movements may be recognized from Pilates, TRX and an abdominal workout. We will gradually add more advanced movement and interesting inversions into practice.
